What you can ask — QuickBooks Online

The connector is read-only, so you can ask for anything that reads or reports on your books. Examples:

Reports​

  • "What's my profit and loss for this quarter?"
  • "Show me the balance sheet as at the end of last month."
  • "What does my cash flow look like year to date?"

Customers & sales​

  • "List my customers."
  • "Which invoices are unpaid?"
  • "Show me sales for this month by customer."

Suppliers & expenses​

  • "List my vendors."
  • "What bills are due this week?"

Accounts & transactions​

  • "Show me my chart of accounts."
  • "List recent bank transactions."
Read-only

The connector cannot create, edit, or delete anything in QuickBooks. If you ask it to make a change, it will explain that it has read-only access. See Read-only access.
