Connect QuickBooks Online

Steps​

  1. In your AI assistant, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.

  2. Paste the connector URL:

    https://aigg-mcp-intuit.aigurusgroup.com/mcp

  3. Your assistant sends you to the AI Gurus Group consent page. Confirm it names your AI application, then continue.

  4. Sign in to Intuit and choose the QuickBooks company you want to connect.

  5. You are returned to your assistant, which now lists the QuickBooks tools. You are connected.

Choosing a company

If your Intuit account has access to more than one company, Intuit shows a picker so you can choose which one to authorise. If you have only one, it is selected automatically.

Working with more than one company​

Each connection is tied to a single company. To use a second company, add the connector again and authorise the other one. Your AI assistant will then have both, cleanly separated.

Troubleshooting​

  • "Couldn't reach the server." Usually a transient moment during a deployment. Wait a few seconds and retry the connection.
  • No tools appear after connecting. Remove the connector and re-add it with a fresh paste of the URL — a truncated URL is the most common cause.
  • Sign-in loops or fails. Confirm you are signing in with the correct Intuit account and that it has access to the company you expect.
